Outlier is proud to offer an annual subscription to students through our partnership with InStride. Students employed by select InStride employer partners will be eligible to enroll in unlimited Outlier courses during their subscription period.
If students have questions about their benefit eligibility or issues with the InStride website, they can contact support@instride.com directly.
We always recommend that full-time working adults enroll in only one, standard 14-week course at a time.

Subscription Details
View the details of your subscription right from your Outlier Account on the Subscription Management page. You'll be able to see the status of your subscription, the duration (typically 1 year), and the specific start and end dates.
You'll also be able to cancel your subscription from this page.
Cancelling a Subscription
Canceling your subscription is different from exiting a course. If you're looking for Course Exit Options, see this article instead.
If you wish to cancel your entire Outlier subscription, you can do so at any time. Navigate to the Subscription Management page of your Outlier Account and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button. You'll need to complete a brief form to complete this process.
Once the form is submitted, please allow the Outlier team 3-5 business days to process your request.
Note: to be eligible for a refund, requests must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase or by the Drop Deadline of your first course enrollment (whichever occurs first). Your refund will be credited to your learning budget.
