Payment Plan not going through?

The first thing to double-check is that all of your information was entered correctly on the Klarna page.

If you continue to have issues with selecting a payment plan option and completing your purchase, we recommend that you reach out to Klarna directly.

The Klarna Support live chat is available 24/7 in the Klarna app or on their website.

If you cannot complete your purchase with Klarna, you are welcome to use an alternate payment method to purchase your course(s), such as a credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.


How to Apply a Voucher code

If you received a voucher or Registration Code to use on the purchase of an Outlier course, you can apply it during the checkout process.

Vouchers are linked to your student email address. If you receive a notification that the voucher code isn't available to you right now, please double-check your email address.

Go to this article for a step-by-step process to enroll in a course.

On the checkout page, enter your voucher code in the Registration or discount field and click Apply.


Click the Complete Order button to purchase the course(s).


Discounts, vouchers, and Registration Codes cannot be combined. There is a limit of 1 discount or voucher per purchase.
