How Does it Work
Prior to the administrative drop deadline, students who meet the criteria above will receive a notification from our Student Success team that they are at risk of being administratively dropped from their course. You will be given the option to proceed with the administrative drop or continue in the course
If we do not hear back from you by the Administrative Drop Deadline, we will proceed with an Administrative Drop.
Unlike tokens issued for traditional drop requests, tokens issued for administratively dropped courses cannot be returned for a cash refund, even if their original token was refund-eligible.
Other Exit Options
Students who have participated in the course, but cannot invest the time to continue may consider our other exit options. The available options vary depending on where the student is within the course. Learn more about your exit options HERE.
